"A real WOW of a house in such a great location, literally a stone's throw from the beach. We rented it for a multi-generational pre-Christmas celebration for ten people and it was perfect in every way. The house is super comfortable and well equipped, even to cook and cater for a large group. We were lucky to have sunny weather and loved the seafront bars just a few meters from the front door for lunch and pre-dinner drinks. The beds and bedrooms are very comfortable and well laid out, and with three bathrooms there was no stress about getting ready. The kitchen/living area is gorgeous and a real feature of the house - we loved hanging out in there playing games and eating and drinking far too much! Would definitely book

A perfect house for two families. The kids loved sharing the bunk room which is huge and has its own ensuite, and we adults could escape upstairs to the living room to carry on socialising in peace! The house is in a fab position adjacent to the seafront, and with all the supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc so close. Its a 10 minute walk to the Lanes and the centre of Brighton, and the station, although the kids just wanted to play slot machines on the pier. The house is very well appointed and has a really lovely, fun and tasteful style. We all loved it and would definitely recommend.
