Open Plan Living
Guests love the open plan living space with its HUGE dining table and funky lighting - ideal for hanging out in comfort. Kitchen and living area are on the middle floor away from the bedrooms - an ideal configuration for families and large groups. One sofa converts into a large double bed for bigger groups or snoring husbands.
The house is really well appointed - you will find everything you would expect in a well-equipped kitchen, and never run out of coffee cups! A utility room on this floor also houses a washing machine.
Ground Floor
The wide entrance hall has lots of shelving and hanging space for luggage, coats and shoes.
The huge principal bedroom takes up the ground floor and can sleep up to 7 in two triple bunks plus a single sofabed. It is spacious and comfortable with lots of mirrors and storage, 2 double fitted wardrobes with shelving and hanging space and an ensuite bathroom. An obvious favourite with kids, adult guests also find this a comfortable space with high quality bedding, individual reading lights and comfy seating. There is also a second toilet and large shower room on this floor. We supply several hairdryers, irons and ironing board.
Bedrooms - Second Floor
The top floor provides two large bedrooms, one with a triple bunk and single sofa bed, and the other with a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a large bathroom with bath and shower, and a cosy additional landing space with low seating ideal for reading or chilling.
